FounderTravis Nelson is our founder, an Army Veteran, and therapist with seven years experience. He founded Real Talk Therapy with the goal of bringing therapy outside of the office - he strives to create conversations, community, and access which allow people to feel comfortable being vulnerable.

Office ManagerLivia is a Northern California native, with experience in education, policy, and support. From intake calls, scheduling, or billing, Livia is here to support you.
She is here to welcome newcomers to the practice, and answer any questions you may have.
