Available Positions

Real Talk Therapy & Consultation is looking for a motivated Associate (AMFT/APCC/ASW) to join a growing practice focused on community impact, personal growth, and accessible mental health care. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their caseload with support in referrals, supervision, and administrative operations.

Responsibilities include: providing individual therapy (telehealth and limited in-person), completing documentation, and collaborating as part of a supportive team.

Additionally

- Must be registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS)

- Must maintain active registration in good standing

- Supervision may be provided as part of the position or coordinated as needed
